Free Consult
Use the link to book a free 45 min consult. During this consult we will explore how we can work together and the areas we will cover in your session/s. You will also receive a follow up email detailing what was discussed during your consult.
Intake Process
Following on from the consult you will be sent an intake form and payment link. Once the intake form has been filled, signed and submitted and the payment has cleared we will schedule your sessions.
Your Sessions
You will attend your sessions virtually via zoom. Session durations are detailed in the service offerings. To continue momentum you will have exercises to complete in between session/s to support the integration of the work we do together.
